All was good.

The room was very clean and nice. Room with Jacuzzi was great. Stuff are very nice.

Starting by the fact that the location is not very nice if you do not have a car. Metro is not really close since to get there you have to walk around 20min. Also houses surrounding the hotel look very poor... and it is a bit scaring. The bathroom did not have a door. We are a young couple and it is still embarrassing to do our "needs" in front each other.

The staff was really kind and willing to help despite language barier. It is really good value for money.

Nothing could have been better.

There was no hot water for the whole time, the electricity kept cutting out, the room was far too cold, the website said the staff spoke english (they only psoke portuguese), making it very difficult to communicate our problems. The bathroom had no door which was very wierd, and although it stated on the website they accepted payment by card, they actually only accepted cash. Location was awful, surrounded by derelict houses. They didn't give us a key for the main door so we always had to ring the bell, and sometimes no one came for up to 15 mins.

Great value for money and comfortable bed. The selection of English channels like CNN and Sky News was ideal to keep me updated. The staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the metro and nearby supermarkets.

The toilet was positioned too close to the wall which made it very uncomfortable to use. It was definitely one of the worst aspects of our trip. The daily housekeeping was not necessary for us, but for those who appreciate it, might enjoy that aspect as it provided fresh towels.
